Dark circles, bags, or wrinkles we all have something that drives us crazy about our eyes. If you don’t then lucky you, but eventually you will so start using eye cream now because it is so much easier to prevent a problem then it is to fix it once it’s already there.
So my main thing is dark circles. I have them all the time, maybe because I don’t get much sleep, or broken capillaries, or they could be hereditary. Who really knows. I’ve been searching for a magic eye cream to get rid of them for years. Unfortunately, I still haven’t found one. This eye cream though is the best one i’ve found so far. It doesn’t get rid of them, but I feel like it definitely brightens/lightens them up a bit. I don’t have any puffiness so I can’t tell you if it helps for that, but it says it’s supposed to. I put on a little more than a pea-size on my ring finger (always use your ring finger because it puts less pressure on your face and your eye area is very delicate) and lightly dab it under and around my eye until it’s absorbed.
I’ve tried several eye creams for wrinkles, but have yet to find one that wows me. This one has great reviews and everyone says that they can see a noticeable difference in the reduction of their wrinkles and puffiness fairly quickly. I also like that people have noticed when they forget to apply it or run out that their wrinkles come back so you know it’s working. I like that this is a gel instead of a cream or serum because it doesn’t spread like they do. I hate when I wake up and my eyes hurt because my eye cream has creeped into my eyes during the night. Don’t forget to put this on your eyelid and up to your brow bone because sometimes we forget about that area, but sadly it will start to sag too so you need to take care of it. Right now online only at Ulta with a $40 Estée Lauder purchase, you get a free deluxe sample of Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II which is a serum that I’ve posted about that i’m a fan of as well as a free deluxe sample Revitalizing Supreme+ Moisturizer. I just ordered this so i’ll update y’all with the results.
This is another eye cream that has lots of good reviews for reducing wrinkles. It contains hyaluronic acid which is great for plumping your skin and filling in your wrinkles. Everyone has different skin so what may work for someone else may not work for you. I’m trying the Estée Lauder eye repair first, but if that doesn’t work this is what I’m trying next. This is a cream so it will creep into your eyes at night, but it also comes with a spatula which makes application easier. I use this brand’s eye masks which I love to instantly brighten your under eye and fill in fine lines so this eye cream is very promising. Right now online only at Ulta you get a free sample of Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate with any $55 Shiseido purchase.
This is a new product exclusive to Sephora. I don’t normally buy new products, but I’m really intrigued by this one for my dark circles. It doesn’t have that many reviews yet, but the few that it does have rave about it. I’m intrigued because it uses its ingredients to stimulate some of the body’s natural occurrences such as supporting microcirculation and lymphatic drainage to reduce dark circles and puffiness. I’ve read articles about how circulation can really improve your dark under eye circles. I’ve even bought one of those eye massagers that’s supposed to stimulate circulation, but honestly I bought it in between a move and I think it got lost and I never used it and forgot to order another one. This would be better for me or anyone else who is great at remembering to put on skincare at night, but not as good at remembering to use skincare devices. I still have half a jar of Origins, but as soon as I’m out i’m buying this to try it out.
Good luck and I hope one of these eye creams works for you!
